Staff Contribution

All participating staff traveling to Barbados are required to make a contribution of US$250 over 4 installments of US$100 - May, US$50 - June, US$50 - July and US$50 -August. Participants already in Barbados will contribute US$125 in 2 installments of US$100 - May and US$25 - June.

Boarding & Lodging

Boarding and lodging will be provided by the hosting campus. All participants will be staying in the halls of residence on the Cavehill campus for the duration of the games.

Vacation Leave

All participants in the games will not lose any of their vaction leave for the duration of the games. However, if you do intend to stay longer, that portion will be taken from your leave allocation.

Uniforms

All participants will receive the following uniform package on arrival in Barbados:

• 1   tracksuit
• 1   t-shirt
• 1   pair of shorts (men)
• 1   pair of shorts or skort (women)

Participants can purchase additional items:

• t-shirt (male or female)   -   US$25
• shorts or skort                -   US$25
