Professor Julie Meeks Gardner

The Open Campus is very pleased to announce that the current Director of its Consortium for Social Development and Research, Dr. Julie Meeks Gardner, was recently promoted to the rank of Professor by the University of the West Indies. Professor Meeks Gardner is the first to achieve this distinction within the new Open Campus. We congratulate her on this stellar achievement.
