Tribute to Professor Emeritus Ralph Carnegie

The Open Campus joins with the rest of the University in lamenting the sudden passing of Professor Carnegie. Other tributes have elaborated on his tremendous contribution to the University and to the legal profession. His record of achievement and service to the University and the wider Caribbean was unique and immeasurable.
