Support Services & Systems

  • Help Desk Services

    Assistance with technical matters in the online delivery mode is available via the UWI Open help desk team. This team currently provides service Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am and 4:30 pm with a response time of 24-hrs (Monday - Friday).

  • All problems such as application issues, inability to log in to the course page, inability to recall passwords, inability to access graded activities in the learning management system or any other technical matter should be reported to the technical support team at:
